Absolutely. You don't need any prior experience — everyone is welcome, whether this is your first retreat or you've already explored similar practices. Each session is guided gently, with clear instructions and plenty of space to move at your own pace. Our facilitators create a safe, supportive environment where beginners feel comfortable, included, and never overwhelmed. You'll be encouraged, not pushed — and every practice can be adapted to your personal comfort level.

Absolutely. Many people choose to join our retreats on their own — and most end up forming deep, meaningful connections during the experience. Our groups are intentionally small, supportive, and safe, creating an environment where you can relax, be yourself, and connect naturally with others. Whether you're seeking solitude, personal growth, or new friendships, you will feel held, welcomed, and never out of place.

Our days follow a gentle, intentional rhythm designed to support both structure and spaciousness. Mornings are dedicated to embodiment and grounding practices — such as movement, breathwork, meditation, or slow awakening rituals. Afternoons offer a blend of workshops, creative sessions, or open time for rest, journaling, swimming, or exploring the surroundings. Evenings are reserved for deeper connection: circles, ceremonies, rituals, reflection, and integration. The schedule is supportive, but never rigid — giving you space to breathe, grow, and simply be.

We recommend bringing comfortable, breathable clothing for movement sessions, meditation, and relaxing downtime. Swimwear is essential for enjoying the pool and the warm weather. A journal is helpful for reflection, intention-setting, and the practices we'll explore together. You may also want to pack personal items that help you feel grounded — such as your favourite book, essential oils, crystals, or anything that supports your comfort and well-being. Don't forget sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, and a light sweater for cooler evenings. Everything else you need will be provided on-site.

Yes. All meals are included and prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients sourced from local farmers. Our cooking is nourishing, seasonal, and designed to support your well-being throughout the retreat. We can accommodate most dietary needs — such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, or other common sensitivities. Simply let us know your requirements in advance, and our team will ensure that your meals are thoughtfully adapted so you can enjoy every dish without worry.

No. Nothing is mandatory. You're invited to follow your own rhythm and choose what feels supportive for your body and your energy. All sessions are thoughtfully designed, but you are free to participate as much or as little as you need. This retreat is your space — whether you want to be fully engaged, take time for yourself, rest, journal, or simply enjoy the surroundings. We honour individual needs, and there is no pressure or expectation to attend every activity.
